Biography

Transplant immunologist at the Department of Inflammation and Immunity, Cleveland Clinic, USA. The research in her lab is focused on understanding adaptive immune responses leading to transplant rejection. The ongoing projects include investigating the mechanisms of memory T cell recovery following lymphoablation in transplant recipients, and antibody mediated rejection of vascularized allografts. Dr. Valujskikh has been continually funded by NIH since 2004, and is a co-author on over 90 publications. She currently serves as an Associate Editor for Transplantation and a Section Editor for The Journal of Immunology.
