Dr. Mindy Christianson is Associate Professor at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Medical Director and Director of Fertility Preservation at the Johns Hopkins Fertility Center. She is co-founder of the Johns Hopkins Fertility Preservation Innovation Center, where she oversees a large ovarian tissue cryopreservation program. She has built one of the largest fertility preservation programs in the United States that offers embryo, egg, sperm and ovarian tissue cryopreservation for patients with cancer facing fertility-harming treatment as well as those with other medical conditions that harm future fertility. She has published extensively on fertility preservation, reproductive surgery and assisted reproductive technologies.
