The Argentinian Society of Transplantation is a Civil Association that brings together doctors, biochemists, biologists, psychologists with academic and scientific interests in organ transplants.

DONASUR is a region-wide information technology project for the collection and publication of official information on organ donation and transplantation. It allows information to be compared between countries, as well as the standardization of criteria and languages, and ensures safe, transparent processes.
DONASUR gathers individual data from donors and recipients (it is a Register of individual concluded events not summarized). The countries directly update the information by means of tools and automatize and make the task easier, besides it is backed up by local systems. The model allows traceability, biomonitoring and ensures information reliability.
